The Loch Sport Business & Tourism were fortunate enough to be awarded a Grant from the Department of Jobs, Precincts & Regions to commission Simon White our local Artist to paint six murals. Mal, Dillion & Crew from GLAWAC (Gunaikurnai Land and Water’s Aboriginal Corporation) assisted to install the paintings (They did most of the work). The Loch Sport Mens Shed routed the posts. The Art trail begins at the LakeView Bar & Bistro where Simon has painted a number of murals and follows the path to the Lake Street Park. These are a magnificent addition to the Loch Sports foreshore and will in the future be an added treat to visitors exploring this unique Gippsland town.
